Shipping policy

Our shop is based in Vietnam, and this website is dedicated to international customers (orders outside of Vietnam).

We carefully prepare each order and typically ship within 7 business days after your payment is confirmed. Once your order is placed and successfully paid, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

 


⏳ Processing Time

Items from new or recently launched collections may require extra time to prepare due to limited stock or high demand.
In such cases, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

 


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you haven't received tracking details after the estimated processing time, or if you have questions about your order, please contact us through our website contact form. 

We include customs and duties in our pricing, no extra fees upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Total time (from order to delivery): 10–28 business days

If you're ordering a gift or need your items by a specific date, please plan ahead. We’d truly hate for your package to arrive late 😭

 


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Shipping Method:
    We ship directly from Vietnam or via a third country, depending on available shipping options. This allows us flexibility in choosing the best couriers for your location. However, options may still be limited depending on your country.

    If you would like to upgrade to a faster or preferred shipping service, please contact us through the contact form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request (additional fees may apply).

  • Order Changes / Cancellations:
    If you need to add/remove items, change the delivery address, or cancel a duplicate order, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order.

    Please note: We do not accept cancellations without a valid reason, especially once the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Incorrect or Failed Delivery:
    Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    However, if a delivery error occurs due to a mistake on our end (such as shipping to the wrong address), we will gladly send a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

    ⚠️ In some countries or with certain couriers, door-to-door delivery may not be available. Your parcel might be delivered to a local post office or pick-up point instead. We recommend monitoring your tracking status closely and contacting the local courier if needed.

  • Holiday & Customs Delays:
    Delivery times may be affected during national holidays or by unforeseen customs delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
