Refund policy

We do not accept physical returns at this time. However, we are committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.


✅ Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong items

  • The item was lost in transit (based on tracking status)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking system.

Delivery methods may vary depending on your country. In Vietnam, couriers typically call and hand packages directly to the recipient. However, in many other countries such as the US, UK, or Europe, couriers may deliver the package to your doorstep without prior contact.

For this reason, we strongly recommend checking your email notifications and tracking updates regularly and inspecting your delivery as soon as it's marked as "Delivered".

To start your request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences

  • Incorrect size or fit (please check sizing carefully before ordering)

  • Items marked as SALE or final sale

  • Requests made after 7 days from confirmed delivery

We do not accept physical returns or exchanges due to the complexity and high cost of international logistics. Please place your order carefully.


💳 Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds via PayPal usually appear within 1–3 business days, but may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.


📦 Damaged / Wrong / Missing Orders

Please inspect your package as soon as it’s marked delivered. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • If a shipping error was caused by us, we will resend your order at no additional charge.
