Shipping Policy

Our shop is based in Vietnam and this website serves customers outside of Vietnam.

We carefully prepare each order and typically ship within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder if you do not see it.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is up to 7 business days.

Items from newly launched or high-demand collections may require additional preparation time. In these cases, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Orders may be shipped from Vietnam or China, depending on product availability, fulfillment arrangements, and available shipping options for your destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Processing: up to 7 business days

• Transit: approximately 7–14 business days

• Total estimated time: approximately 10–28 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you need your order by a specific date, please plan ahead.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Where applicable to the shipping service and destination, customs duties and import-related charges are included in the price shown at checkout, so customers should not normally be required to pay additional customs or duty charges upon delivery.

Customs procedures vary by country. If your local carrier or customs authority requests additional information or payment, please contact us before refusing or abandoning the shipment.

Shipping Address & Failed Delivery

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances caused by the customer, the package may be returned, held, abandoned, or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or local authorities in the destination country.

International packages are not always returned to us. If a package becomes unavailable due to circumstances caused by the customer, we may be unable to provide a refund or replacement. If a replacement is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

A delay or lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a package is lost.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will review the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building management, reception, neighbors, or the local carrier before contacting us.

Shipping Errors

If an error was caused by us, such as sending the wrong item or shipping an order to an incorrect address due to our mistake, please contact us. We will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
